The 2012 Children’s Art Workshop in La Veta, CO
is July 9-13 from 9 am - noon each day for children between the ages of 5-12. Snacks served
each day. There will be a show of the artists’ work after the workshop. The ability to solve problems in creative and personally satisfying ways is
a valuable and enduring skill. If you create something that you don’t like,
you can always change it! This freedom for taking chances, risking,
trusting, letting go of control, and finally finding unexpected beauty is
what genius is all about! Accepting that there are really no mistakes
inspires exploration, curiosity, innovation, and improvisation.
