ATTENTION ARTISTS! -- During winter/spring 2012, artwork will be accepted in shows on Thursdays and Saturdays. Artwork shown in the previous show must be picked up by the entry dates for the next show. Call in advance to arrange to bring work earlier. 719 742-3074.

2012 Winter Show – Feb.7 - March 3 -- Artwork due Feb. 2nd or 4th, between 11 am - 2 pm. Entry fee: $5 per entry, limit 4 per artist.. Out of town members may ship work to the SPACe P.O. Box as long as they can pick up their work, or have someone local pick it up. Artwork can be any media. See the entry form for complete rules. Reception Sunday, Feb. 12, 4 - 6 pm. Cloudscapes--The Sky’s the Limit - March 6 - 31 -- Artwork due Mar. 1st or 3rd, between 11 am - 2 pm. Entry fee: $5 per entry, limit 4 per artist. The main focus of the artwork must be the sky. Out of town members may ship work to the SPACe P.O. Box as long as they can pick up their work, or have someone local pick it up. Artwork can be any media. See the entry form for complete rules. Reception Sunday, Mar. 11, 4 - 6 pm. Botanica– April 3 - 28 - Artwork due Mar. 29th or 31st, between 11 am - 2 pm. Entry fee: $5 per entry, limit a total 4 per artist for both shows. There will be two categories to enter, either flowers or trees. The main focus of artwork should be the artist's interpretation of trees or flowers. Out of town members may ship work to the SPACe P.O. Box as long as they can pick up their work, or have someone local pick it up. Artwork can be any media. See the entry form for complete rules. Reception Saturday, April 7, 5 - 7 pm. La Veta Students Art Show – May 5 - 18 Photography Show – May 22 - June 16. Reception May 26. Artwork due May 17 & 19, 10 am - 3 pm. Limit 2 entries per artist. Judged show with cash awards La Veta Painting En Plein Air -- June 14-16. Judged show and sale June 16. All day plein air painting workshop with Coni Grant, June 14. Colorado Expressions – June 19 - July 21. Reception June 23, 5 - 7 pm. Entry forms due May 5. Juried and judged show with cash awards.
